2. Scope of the website

The ABC Expressions website currently works as an informational, commercial and contact space.

Visitors can consult the available products and services, see completed work and request quotes.

Purchases and contracts are handled directly through the official service channels, under the conditions communicated to the customer.

3. Quotes

Quotes are prepared according to the characteristics of each request, taking into account factors such as materials, dimensions, quantities, complexity, personalization and production times.

Each quote must state the price, its validity period, the characteristics of the product and the particular conditions that apply.

Prices may vary when the customer requests changes to the specifications initially quoted.

Any change in price must be communicated before its acceptance.

Requesting a quote does not imply automatic acceptance of the order.

4. Personalization and design

ABC Expressions offers personalized products according to the specifications supplied by the customer and the technical possibilities of production.

The personalization options included in the price will be stated in each quote.

When the project requires additional design, illustration, 3D modeling or special modification services, these may have a separate cost, communicated in advance.

The customer is responsible for correctly supplying the names, texts, photographs, measurements and other information needed to carry out the order.

ABC Expressions will advise of possible technical or material limitations when they may affect the requested result.

5. Design approval

When the nature of the product requires it, ABC Expressions may present a digital proposal, sketch, preview or model for the customer's review.

Approval of the design allows production to proceed according to the accepted specifications.

Changes after that approval are subject to an assessment of feasibility, additional costs and lead times, which must be communicated and accepted before they are made.

Design approval does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding defects, breaches or differences from the contracted conditions.

6. Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when ABC Expressions and the customer have agreed on the essential conditions of the purchase, including the characteristics of the product, price, payment method and delivery time, and the previously communicated confirmation requirements have been met.

Confirmation may be made through the official communication channels.

ABC Expressions will keep the records corresponding to the agreed conditions and the customer's acceptance.

7. Payments and deposits

Payment terms will be communicated before each order is confirmed.

Depending on the characteristics of the product, ABC Expressions may request a deposit or advance payment, provided this condition has been communicated in advance.

Deposits will be applied to the execution of the order in accordance with the contracted conditions.

In the event of cancellation, amounts paid will be handled taking into account the state of execution of the project, validly concluded agreements and the rights that correspond to the consumer.

Nothing in these terms authorizes the automatic retention of payments when their refund is legally due.

8. Production times

Personalized products may require design, file preparation, production, assembly and finishing stages.

Production lead times will be communicated during the quote or order confirmation.

Production time may vary according to the complexity, number of units, availability of materials and technical characteristics of the project.

When a circumstance arises that may affect the agreed lead time, ABC Expressions will inform the customer promptly and handle the situation in accordance with the applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Production times and transport times are different concepts and must be communicated clearly.

9. Product characteristics

Products made using handcrafting techniques or layer-by-layer manufacturing processes may show small variations inherent to the production method.

These characteristics are acceptable only when they correspond to the nature of the product, have been properly communicated and do not constitute defects in quality, suitability or safety.

Portfolio photographs serve as a reference for completed work.

The final characteristics of each order will correspond to the specifications agreed with the customer.

10. Shipping and delivery

ABC Expressions delivers through transport companies or previously arranged courier services.

Orders are not picked up at the private workshop, nor are they delivered in person at events or fairs.

Shipping costs, coverage and conditions will be communicated to the customer before the purchase is confirmed.

The applicable lead times and procedures are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

11. Changes, cancellations and returns

Requests to modify or cancel orders will be assessed taking into account the contracted conditions, the state of execution and the consumer's legal rights.

Under Colombian law, the right of withdrawal has exceptions, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

This exception does not mean that all products sold by ABC Expressions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

When the right of withdrawal is legally applicable, ABC Expressions will respect the periods, procedures and conditions established by current regulations.

Personalized products retain the legal warranty rights and the other protections applicable to the consumer.

12. Warranties and claims

ABC Expressions is responsible for the quality, suitability and safety conditions of its products in accordance with Colombian law.

When a product has a manufacturing defect, fails to meet the contracted specifications or another circumstance covered by the legal warranty arises, the customer may file a claim.

The request will be assessed according to the nature of the product and the remedies provided by law, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Legal warranties may not be limited or excluded because the product is personalized or handcrafted.

13. Responsibility for supplied files

When the customer provides photographs, illustrations, logos, texts, models or other files to personalize a product, they must hold the rights, licenses or authorizations necessary for the requested use, when required.

ABC Expressions may reject requests that involve unlawful activities or manifest infringements of third-party rights.

This provision does not exclude the legal responsibilities that may correspond to ABC Expressions for its own commercial activity.

14. Intellectual property

The original designs, graphic content, own photographs and other creations of ABC Expressions are protected under the applicable intellectual property provisions.

The purchase of a physical product does not automatically imply the assignment of the economic copyright over the original designs incorporated in it.

Any assignment or special license of rights must be expressly agreed, respecting the applicable legal formalities.

Third-party characters, brands and creative elements belong to their respective owners.

15. Personal data protection

Personal data provided during information requests, quotes and orders will be processed in accordance with the ABC Expressions Personal Data Processing Policy.

Photographs and personalized files will be processed in accordance with the purposes communicated and the legally required authorizations.

17. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, in particular Law 1480 of 2011, its amendments and the other applicable provisions.

No clause may be interpreted as a waiver or limitation of the consumer's non-waivable rights.

18. Validity and changes

ABC Expressions may update these terms and conditions when there are changes in its processes, products, services or applicable legal provisions.

Changes will not retroactively affect acquired rights or previously agreed contractual conditions, except in the cases permitted by law.
